How do I access purchased watercolor courses?
Right after checkout we email your secure access link. You can also sign in using the same email you used for purchase. Access does not expire, and your progress syncs across devices.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee as long as less than 25% of the course has been completed. To request, reply to your receipt or email support with your order ID. Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days.
Can I download lessons for offline viewing?
Yes. Each lesson has an HD download and a printable materials checklist (PDF). Downloads are for personal use only and include captions and transcripts.
Do you provide accessibility features?
All videos include closed captions, full transcripts, adjustable playback speed, and high-contrast UI. Keyboard navigation and screen readers are supported across the site.
How do live Q&A sessions work?
We host a live Q&A weekly. Submit your question in advance using the Ask a question form. If you miss it, a recording is available within 24 hours in your library.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. All transactions are encrypted and processed over HTTPS.
Can I gift a course?
