By accessing or using our website, classes, or digital downloads, you agree to these Terms of Service and any supplemental policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Accounts & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts for suspected misuse or security risks.

Acceptable Use

Do not engage in activities that disrupt, overload, or damage our services, including automated scraping, unauthorized redistribution of course materials, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

Purchases & Refunds

Prices are shown before tax where applicable. Unless stated otherwise, downloadable products are non-refundable once accessed. For live workshops, refund requests are considered if submitted at least 72 hours before the start time.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime in your account settings; benefits remain available through the end of the paid period.

Intellectual Property

All artworks, videos, text, and design elements are owned by Beechwood Watercolor Studio or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly authorized.

User Content

By submitting feedback or sharing your artwork in our communities, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content for service operation and promotional purposes.

Disclaimers & Liability

Services are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the services at any time. Certain provisions survive termination, including IP, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your place of residence where mandatory local consumer protection laws prevail; otherwise, the laws of the State of Delaware, USA apply, without regard to conflict of laws.
